Onam Raffle 2024 Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Mantis Partners (ABN: 87 603 268 856), located at Level 3, Suite 34, 6 Meridian Pl, Bella Vista NSW 2153.
Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of Mantis Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.3. By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Raffle Details
3.1. The total value of the prize is less than $1,000, complying with the NSW raffle regulations for prizes under this amount.
3.2. No ticket purchase is necessary; entry is free.
3.3. Entrants are limited to one entry per person.
How to Enter
4.1. To enter the raffle, participants must complete an online form.
4.2. All entries must be received by 29 Sep 2024 at 5 pm (AEST) to be eligible. Late entries will not be accepted.
Prize Details
5.1. The prize is Rayban branded Sunglass for 2 person.
5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3. Mantis Partners reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
Draw Details
6.1. The raffle draw will take place at Level 3, Suite 34, 6 Meridian Pl, Bella Vista NSW 2153 on 30^th Sep 2024 at 5 pm.
6.2. The winner will be selected randomly using a fair and transparent method.
6.3. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent witness.
Notification of Winner
7.1. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
7.2. The winner’s name will also be published on the social media channels.
7.3. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Mantis Partners reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected as part of the raffle will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and Mantis Partners’ Privacy Policy available at www.mantispartners.com.au.
8.2. Entrants’ information will be used for administering the raffle and may also be included in Mantis Partners’ business and marketing mailing lists. By entering the raffle, entrants consent to receiving future marketing communications from Mantis Partners. Entrants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications or by contacting Mantis Partners directly.
General
9.1. Mantis Partners reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
9.2. Mantis Partners is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
9.3. By entering, participants agree to release Mantis Partners from any liability arising from or in connection with the raffle.
NSW Fair Trading Compliance
10.1. This raffle complies with the relevant NSW Fair Trading regulations for raffles with prizes under $1,000.
10.2. No permit is required for this raffle under NSW regulations due to the prize value being under $1,000.
